No refunds upon refusing a shipment

If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the item(s) will be destroyed after being held at customs. This means your item(s) will not be refundable, and beJuicyfit.com cannot cancel or refund your order in this case.

govitalhealth.com is not responsible for delays due to the shipping carrier or customs clearance. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

If you do not claim your order

It is the responsibility of the customer to claim their order in the case it ends up at the post office. It is also the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct contact & shipping information at checkout. If, due to negligence of following up with your order/ or providing wrong information, items held will be held for only a few weeks and then will be forced to be destroyed. Sadly, the order will not be refunded or re-shipped to the customer by govitalhealth.com.
