Price Match Policy

At Go Vital Health, we are committed to offering competitive prices on all our products. Our Price Match Policy ensures that you get the best value for your money when shopping with us.

1. Eligibility

• Qualifying Competitors: We will match the advertised price of identical products from competitors that are authorized retailers and located within SE Asia, United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and United Arab Emirates. The competitor must have the product in stock and available for immediate purchase.
• Identical Products: The product must be the same brand, model, size, color, and include similar warranty terms, if applicable.

2. Price Match Process

• Verification: To request a price match, please contact us at support@govitalhealth.com/sg with the following information:
• The URL or advertisement showing the lower price.
• Your order number or proof of purchase from Go Vital Health.
• Review and Approval: Our customer support team will review your request and verify the competitor’s price and product availability. If eligible, we will adjust the price of your order accordingly.
• The price to be matched must be posted by a supplier-authorized local distributor. We cannot match prices offered by wholesalers, non-locale retailers or retailers operating from outside of locale place.
• Price matches must be explicitly requested at the time of purchase. We are unable to honor price match requests placed after the transaction has been processed.
• Prices can only be matched for same items from the same market (same model number).
• The items being matched must be in stock at the authorized locale retailer with the lower price when the price match is requested.
• The price match will be identical to the competitor’s offer. Free items will not be included unless they are also part of the competitor’s package.
• Additional charges may apply to orders where price matches have been made and competing website charges shipping or sales tax.
• govitalhealth.com/sg reserves the right to decline a price match at our discretion.

3. Exclusions

• Promotional Offers: Prices from competitors that are based on promotional offers, clearance sales, closeouts, liquidations, or special financing offers are excluded from our Price Match Policy.
• Membership Discounts: Prices that require a membership, subscription, or loyalty program to obtain are also excluded.
